What does it really cost to repair a tesla out of warranty, if you can even get the parts or service information.

This is a good look at this because I have a problem with a manufacturer that you can't get the service manual or even any information on fixing your own car if you are knowledgeable enough to do the work yourself. Not to mention companies making cars more disposable. There's nothing more annoying than trying to get a part for a car that has been more reliable than anything, but you can't get the parts to fix it because it's some years older. Now I can understand why that new law about being able to fix things are being written. Why do companies need to be told this is beyond me, but that's where Tesla seems to be with this. It will be interesting to see where this goes.
