There is also what they call a new "Real ID driver license and ID" coming to California as well. I guess the one you have now is not real. Seriously, who comes up with these names?

New digital license plates coming to California. Nice idea but I'll leave the rest for you to decide. I sure don't care for more ads, now on my car.

Youtuber account seems to have vanished.

Yesterday I posted a youtube video for the new Urus from heather valentine. She's been making videos for some time now but I was checking things out today and saw that video is now gone. Actually the whole account seems to be gone. Here's what that account looks like at the moment. Something really weird is going on with youtube lately. I have noticed this in the last week. Then again, there were other music videos that had been messed with before this one. Hey youtube, you may want to check your servers. Everything else seems to be working fine. Here's the screenshot of that first lamborghini video I posted yesterday.

Things just get worse by the minute. Now they can get information from your power supply cables. Something tells me that we're going back to the basics, pen and paper. I do need to work on my penmanship.

I need to fix my laptop power jack. I saw a very short video of this and I like what I saw. Here's my look at this screwdriver.

Walmart adds more what they call pickup towers. I'll just call them pick up lockers because that's basically what they resemble.

Flip phones! No they're not dead.

One type of phone that I miss a lot are flip phones, yeah those simple, small but clear and loud phones that we used to have. A couple of days ago a city worker or who I'll just call him that was working here and he was using a flip phone on speaker that was very loud and clear. I of course had to ask him about it. I found out it was made by Kyocera. Today I went and looked at their page and sure enough, they make these phones. I just like the simplicity and usability of these type of phones. I know of a lot of older people that would rather have these than any android smartphone. For a good reason, they are more confusing to them and many of them just don't use any of those other features. They just want something to make calls and not have to worry about all those updates and random ads. Not to mention freezes due to updates and just a number of random things that can happen with smartphones. In short, here's the page where you can find some of these. My current smart phone is hard to see outside and even at max volume I can't hear much unless it's next to my ear when there is some noise in the surroundings. In any case, these new phones seem to have updated software too. I just need to find if they have anything that's not locked in to any provider.
Did I forget to mention that they work globally too!

Youtube scam?

A couple of days ago I posted about that debt letter scam. Today I was just randomly checking some youtube videos and saw this one by Naomis video. I have seen one or two of her build videos and this one caught my attention because she said that she wasn't going to be making any more videos for a while. I just found this as odd since that's just not a normal thing for someone that builds stuff on a regular basis. The interesting part is that I found another video of another youtuber whose video I have also watched. Not many but they were about things that I was actually interested in. Naomi builds stuff and the other youtuber fixes computers but I was watching a video of a soldering iron or something like that at the time. In any case I noticed a  link to one of his videos in the comments of her video where he basically talks about what seems to be the same company trying to do the same thing to him back then. It's a long video, but it's hard not to put the two together if you have watched these  youtubers even if only a couple of times. Not to mention if you're even slightly interested in what they may be working on at the time. So needles to say, this seems to be yet another scam like that letter in a different form. They really seem to screw people with this one even more. So check the videos out. I'll post both below, but it's something to be aware of. Someone once tried to do something similar to me in a smaller scale, but needless to say I knew better than to accept too.

I guess it's good news that microsoft is trying to keep your files safe. It's too bad their one drive service online sucks. With all the redundancy of having to click a file twice just to open or edit it. Just to name one example.

Other problems include how slow that one drive is. Not to mention how bad their spanish spelling translation was, well I couldn't even get that working. I was helping someone out this past week and it was a nightmare to use. Maybe there was something else going on but something just wasn't working on that system.
