We have had this printer for a while now and every time I try to install it, it is never found. The funny thing is, most if not all other models are found in the list, but this one seems to always be missing and has always been a royal pain in the rear in this aspect. I have the drivers but the point is, what makes this one so special from all the others? Here's the list and since I'm installing it again for the Nth time, here's a snapshot of this list. So Windows 7 doesn't pick it it neither does linux. Okay it picks up all the others but not this one. Darnest thing ever. I'm trying not to install all the programs it comes with, just the driver for the printer.
